Use Hotel Video Marketing For Better Targeting

By Joyce Sullivan

Streaming videos are not only entertaining but informative. Better yet, these are easy to access and when done correctly, audiences will return to find out what a person or brand has to offer next. Hotel video marketing services can also costs less due to reduced overhead and the placement of content on relevant websites.

There are so many chains and brands from which to choose and each has something for every individual or occasion. Everyone wants to get the best value for the money in their wallet. However, most ads should have a unique factor that will suit a designated audience. It is just a matter of tapping into how people are using space and time in an era where events can be made into a spectacular celebration.

Videos can be used to create vivid imagery that will translate how guests can use available space for events, meetings and other gatherings. Most people do not think beyond its traditional use, which is staying for a night or two while on vacation or business trip. Helping the audience see beyond the old use is what will attract them beyond one or two general purposes.

Hotels can show off things like outdoor or poolside weddings, special events held at the bar or themed restaurants located inside. Other ideas can be to show off things to do within the vicinity and the complimentary shuttle will take guests around town. Another idea would be to create a concept targeted to working people or those with limited funds.

One nice visual could show someone who has been putting in long hours at work and long overdue for some relaxation, Action scenes that demonstrate how this person is treated like someone special or shows body language that is tranquil. The theme could be taking time out for self or how a local vacation can help relieve tension without spending a lot.

As the most effective video marketing campaigns are designed to deliver an objective in little time, content must say something quickly. Unless a business uses humor or some other unique delivery in their ads, showing off features is vital. Some franchises may not resonate with a person that does not regularly use hotels.

Of course the affordability factor does not relate to all audiences. Other angles are convenience or what is suitable for kids to be kids, or where adults can act like kids. There are some people willing to pay for something that is spectacular and will have guests talking for years to come.

Highlighting guests having a good time, along with unique presentations can make a good video campaign. With services that offer discounted rates, people are likely to choose what they feel is the least expensive unaware they may be missing out on a superior hotel experience. Often guests want to do more than eat and sleep and are likely to return when there is something special waiting for them upon return.
